Families are under attack on virtually every level, and Terri has invested her life serving and fighting for families. She has worked with lawmakers on the state and federal level for parental rights legislation. She has exposed hundreds of stories of “medical kidnapping” of family members by the very governmental agencies purported to protect them. Taxpayer money is literally being used to traffic children and seize children, disabled, and elderly Americans from innocent, loving families.
Our children face unrelenting evil from ideologies that threaten their lives and their innocence. Instead of being allowed to be children, they are targeted by groups who want to use them for sexual and ideological agendas far beyond their ability to comprehend as children.
As a Congresswoman, no one will fight harder to protect families than Terri LaPoint.
✔ Medical Freedom
Americans must have the right to refuse or choose medical treatments and vaccines. This includes the right to choose alternative treatments. No one should ever lose their job or career because of refusal of a shot. Parents must have the right to make medical decisions for their children, including the right to a second medical opinion without the fear of Child Protective Services seizing their child. Fauci and those like him must be investigated and held accountable.
✔ Government Accountability
DOGE has exposed billions of dollars of wasteful and fraudulent government spending – of YOUR tax dollars – and it’s not done yet. Federal funding often provides a perverse financial incentive for states to do the wrong thing, and this needs to end. Every dime of taxpayer money spent by the federal government needs to align with the Constitution and common sense. Often it does neither. Fraud and corruption on every level of government must be investigated, exposed, and stopped.
✔ End Child Trafficking
Whether it is at the border or internally within the United States, we must protect children from being trafficked. Any agency, group, or individual involved in the trafficking of children should face the harshest punishment possible. Whether the children are missing from cartels or the foster care system, we must locate and rescue the victims of traffickers and enact legislation to end child trafficking. This includes legislation to secure our borders, not just while President Trump is in office, but for generations to come.
✔ Protect Life
From the beginning of life to the end, life is sacred. It is also protected in the Constitution. Babies who survive abortions must be protected, and Terri will join the sponsors of the Born-Alive Protection Act on Day One. Our senior citizens and disabled citizens must be protected from stealth euthanasia and guardianship abuse.
✔ Support our Veterans and Military
Terri comes from a long line of veterans, including her grandfather, father, father-in-law, brothers-in-law, uncles, great uncles, cousins, and nephews. They have served in WWII, Vietnam, the South Pole, Korea, the Middle East, and beyond. Our men and women who serve in the military deserve the highest honor we can give. Yet, many return home to find the most difficult fight of their lives in family court. Veteran suicide is rampant, but few have addressed the reality that many of these suicides are connected to their fight for custody of their children after laying everything on the line to protect all of America and her children. Not only will Terri work to ensure our military has the tools they need to serve effectively, she will fight to ensure that veterans have the tools they need for their health and families when they return from service.
